The building was owned by Dr. Abel Lapin in the 1920's-1930's.

Mrs. Arnstaam;
Dembovitch family (also Dembovich, Dembovicius, Dembowicz);
Kurkowsky, Retired Russian Tsarist Army General with wife and daughter;
A. Merkiss, Mayor of Kaunas in the last years before Soviet invasion, with wife and son;
Rachmilevitch family (also Rakhmilevich, Rachmilevicius, Rachmielewicz);
Dr. Yaakov Robinson with wife, two daughters, and brother Nehemia.
Rusteika, Minister of Interior of Lithuania.
Other commercial tenants:
Yasvoin’s (variant Jasvoin, Jasvoinas) Photography equipment store - ground floor;
Nord Deutsche Lloyd Brehmen offices.
